1. What are your opening times?
Session Bookings: There are different 2.5 hour time sessions available. You can arrive and leave at any time during that period however it is better value for money if you arrive near the start time.
2. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before your visit by logging into your account. If you have any problems, please call the office on 02890483244.
3. What if there is to be bad weather?
You can change your tickets up to 24 hours before by logging into your account. If on the day of visiting the farm, the Management Team deem that there are adverse weather conditions – you will be thanked for coming to the farm in such bad weather with a Free Child Pass, to hopefully visit the farm again on a better day!
4. What ID should I bring to prove that I am a Carer?
ID must be shown if you are a carer. This can be a DLA Letter, Carer’s Allowance Letter or a Letter from your Doctor.
5. Can I stay longer at the farm than my session time?
You can only stay at the farm for the duration of your session.
6. Can I bring my dog?
Sorry folks, no dogs are allowed on the farm! Only our collies Chase and Pip.
7. What is included in my ticket?
Included in your ticket: Entry to the Farm, Food for the Animals, Tractor Rides, Barrel Rides, Animal Cuddling, Play Areas, Shows
8. Family Tickets
You can bring any 4, 5 or 6 people on a family ticket. It does not have to made up equally of adults and children. It can be any 4, 5 or 6 people!
9.What do I do if I am showing any Covid symptoms?
You must not come to the farm if experiencing any Covid symptoms. Please ring the office on 02890483244 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have to isolate and cannot attend your session.
