Magical Christmas Experience

Our Magical Christmas Event is different to any other time of the year!

Embark on a special guided tour around the farm.
We have very small numbers per tour, in order to make the experience intimate and even more magical.

Your tour guide will bring you to each activity, and look after you for your Christmas Tour. Due to the timed nature of the tours, your tour will start promptly at the given start time. You will need to arrive 10 minutes before your start time, to avoid missing out on any of the activities. Be careful of Christmas traffic!

This experience will last approximately 1.75 hours.

Mrs Claus’ Kitchen

Our magical Christmas Experience begins in Mrs Claus’ Kitchen. Meet Mrs Claus, as she greets you in her cosy kitchen. The children can decorate their gingerbread, while enjoying a hot chocolate or some juice. All adults can warm up and enjoy a hot cuppa and biscuit.

Sing-a-long Tractor Ride

Who doesn’t enjoy a tractor ride? Before heading to see our deer, you can enjoy our sing-a-long tractor ride, with lots of jingle bells to shake and Christmas songs to sing!

See & Feed our Deer

Your guide will take you on an adventure on our nature trail to find our beautiful deer. Help our guide call the deer over, and then you can feed them some carrots. (We cannot guarantee that our deer will always come over, as they sometimes they will just do what they want!)

Immersive Magical Light Trail

Head through our Immersive Magical Light Trail . . . perfect for day & evening visits.

Christmas Tree Trail

Enjoy our Christmas Tree Trail, with thousands of sparkling lights and magical snow.

Christmas Story

Once you pass through the trail, you will hear a magical Christmas story featuring all our beloved animals at the farm.

Animal Feeding

After hearing the Christmas Story, head into the popular Pets’ Corner. You will then get to see the farm characters from the story, and even feed some of them!

Reindeer Food Making

Get ready to have some fun making up some reindeer food in our Elf Village! This is perfect to bring home and leave out on Christmas Eve.

Cuddle Corner

It wouldn’t be a visit to the farm without heading to Cuddle Corner! Enjoy meeting and stroking some of our adorable rabbits.

Santa’s Sweet Shop

Head to the very exciting Santa’s Sweet Shop… and the children can hand pick their sweets before they meet the big man himself!

Santa’s Grotto

Head to Santa’s Grotto, and play games while you wait. Each family will go in individually to meet Santa. You will have time to chat with Santa, and get a family photo taken. Santa will give each child a token for his workshop.

One printed professional photo with Santa will be provided for FREE for each family!

Santa’s Workshop

Each child will take their token from Santa, and redeem it in Santa’s Workshop. Inside you will meet our elf, who will help you choose a present… as there are hundreds to choose from!

Marshmallow Toasting

Once you have picked your perfect present, then it is time for the last stop on the tour. Finish your Magical Experience with some delicious marshmallow toasting for the whole family, in our Cosy Cabin.

Our tours depart every 20 minutes. Due to the timed nature of the tours, your tour will start promptly at the given start time. You will need to arrive 10 minutes before your start time, to avoid missing out on any of the activities. Be careful of Christmas traffic! If you are late, you will miss out on those parts of the experience and refunds will not be given.

Booking is essential and payment in full is required upon booking.

We are unable to take any group bookings for this event (i.e. scout/school groups etc)

FAQs

When do tickets go on sale?
They will go on sale at the start of September, launch date is TBC.

How many tickets can I buy?
There are only 30 tickets available per tour, as this is an intimate Christmas Experience.

Do babies need tickets?
We have a baby ticket available for only £5.50, as this includes a present from Santa. All children, toddlers & babies will be able to select a present from our workshop, with lots of baby options available.
